Product

1. How do I find my right size?

Our comfort fit tshirts are made for fashionable wear allowing comfort at the same time. They are cut fuller through the chest and shoulders with a slightly longer length. You should check our size guide before ordering. In case you are between sizes we recommend sizing down for a snug fit.

2. What are the wash case instructions for the tshirts?

You can machine wash them using a mild detergent and cold water. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron on print directly.

3. What material do you use for your tshirts?

We use 100% French Terry Cotton which is bio-washed. The fabric is of heavy gauge - 250 GSM.

Order

1. I am unable to place my order online?

In case you are not able to place your order on our website, you can connect with us over Whatsapp chat and we would be happy to help you place your order over Whatsapp.

2. How can I pay for my order?

For online orders you can pay using various methods like cards, net-banking, UPI, wallets etc. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

3. How do I check if my order is confirmed?

We send an order confirmation once your order is confirmed. Please check your email for the same.

1. How long does it take to receive my order?

We strive to dispatch your order within 3 business days of placing it. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control. However, we aim to deliver your order to most pin codes in India within 10-12 business days from the date of order.

2. Are there any delivery charges?

We do not charge delivery fee for shipments within India.

3. Why is my order not shipped after confirmation?

Due to logistical issues beyond our control, occasionally there may be delays in shipping out your order. We will ensure that we ship out your order as soon as possible.

4. Why is my order not delivered at the mentioned date?

Delivery dates given are our best estimate of the actual delivery date. Due to logistical issues beyond our control, occasionally there may be delays in delivery of your order.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

 

Exchange & Returns

1. What is your refund policy?

We are a sustainable and planet-friendly fashion brand, and therefore, all our products are made to order. We do not offer change of mind returns. 

2. Can I exchange my order for a different size?

If you ordered the wrong size by mistake, we offer a one-time size replacement. Please contact us at contact-us@mavcouture.com within 2 days of delivery to request a size replacement. Our exchanges go through a quality check, please ensure that the product that you send back is un-used and in the original packaging and has all the tags and covers (including the box). 

3. I recieved the wrong product or a damaged product?

If the product you received was damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact-us@mavcouture.com within 2 days of delivery with an unboxing video and proof of purchase. We will be happy to arrange for a replacement for you.
